The Glocal Piano Festival Piano Marathon—Miami is an official preliminary selection event for the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition in Italy, and the first official Busoni selection event ever presented in South Florida. Fifteen exceptional pianists from around the world each perform a 30-minute recital; the Miami audience, serving as the official jury, votes to select one pianist to advance toward the Busoni Competition.

Festival admission includes both performances, at 12:00 PM and 7:30 PM. You are welcome to attend either, but to take part as a judge in the Audience Jury you must attend both. Tickets cannot be purchased for individual performances. Each performance runs approximately three hours.
